Mazatlán, Estero
The Vineyard ministries started working in colonia Estero in January, 2001. Construction on a new church and feeding center was started about a year and a half later, and the first service was held on March 9, 2003. The leader of the community center is Claudia, along with her son Alan and daughter Andrea help her with the music. She is busy with children’s programs and feedings on Saturdays. Estero also holds occasional days where volunteers came and do haircuts for the children. Jorge, who visits many of our colonia centers, often comes to Estero to lead the kids in a fun time of singing.
